Visited Go Outdoors this soggy afternoon to purchase a new rain coat.
I was served by a very friendly, helpful member of staff called Jake. He explained the membership sceme and was very patient.
A credit to the team!

Went to the Doncaster store , to sort out why my card was not working on the online platform . Fay behind the counter scanned my card , and said it was ok . So I purchased in store the items I required . And Fay took my payment and I got my discount . So all in all great customer service from Fay , and a great shopping experience !!!. Cheers Fay !

Professional and helpful staff making the experience effortless and pleasant. We were looked after by a lovely young lady(sadly I didn't get her name) and Fay at the till who was kind and patient with us. Highly recommended.

Pleasantly surprised by this store. Bigger than I expected and good value. Good mix of the big brands high value and the more reasonably priced. Great selection of everything you might need and friendly staff. Cafe on site too so all you need for a relaxed shopping experience. Definitely sign up for the membership though £5 well spent

Served by Fay & Jack. They were very helpful, and Jack went to a great deal of trouble to find what I wanted. Unfortunately, they were not in stock even though he did look through stock that had arrived but had not been put on display. My husband wears the long thermal socks year-round, and I think it is disappointing that they are only on sale around Christmas.

Fantastic staff who were super helpful and went above and beyond in their customer service! Shout out to Leah at the tills who was so kind and helpful getting my online order.

Was charged incorrect amount and not realised till i got home. Called store in Doncaster, they had me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back.Manager agreed i had been over charged and said i had to return to store.I told her this was inconvenient, she said not stores fault as technical issue? So is that my fault then? Customer service was disgraceful and she actually slammed phone down.

We have just bought an electric bike from Go Outdoors Doncaster.
The customer service at this store is first class. My husband has not had an electric bike before & Matt explained everything about the different types of bikes. My husband decided that he didn't want to go anywhere else to look at bikes as he was so impressed with the customer service.
Fast forward to Monday when we went to pick up the bike & yet again Andy who assembles the bikes & services them spent ages going through how to use the touch screen & battery operation of the bike. As well as fitting lights & a pump.
Just want to say thank you to Andy, Matt & Paige for your help in our choice of buying an electric bike

Served by Emilia and a group of young workers and my experience was fantastic.

First of all they were not pushy or over bearing they just wanted to help to ensure I had an excellent experience.

I had phoned to enquire about winter lined wellington boots and the lady kindly stated they had some in stock, after trying various makes and sizes on, Emilia and the others on the team went to great lengths checking the fit etc.

I could not have received a better service 👍👍
