Simon was great giving us advice on all sorts like what gear would work best for budget and scenario, and a guide of places to go. Would definitely recommend a visit to the shop.

Was served by Simon again. Went in for a fleece n also needed new poles….this guys knowledge is brilliant n find his advice so helpful. We soon got onto the subject of boots as I’m looking for new ones….again he gave me advice which I didn’t know and opened up new possibilities for me I hadn’t thought about. Every time I see Simon I feel I’m getting the right gear for the right reasons.
So good to have someone who knows about outdoor activities and the gear they sell. Fantastic guy 👌👍

Simon was our sales person at Lancaster today, very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to all products. Friendly personality as have all the staff at Lancaster. Got everything I needed.👍

Chris and Simon were great today. They were professional, considerate, and so helpful. I was trying to order a coat today online (sale item) and the website would not recognise my membership number for the discounted price. However, they persevered with my ipad and tried to link everything together. But the WiFi kept playing up so they kindly wrote the relevant instructions for me to try again at home. Now if Go Outdoors re-instated the fantastic facility of order the item/s you wanted and they would be delivered to your store. It would of made my life easier and simpler rather than wasting my time on a very shoddy website, that seems to be increasingly difficult to navigate.
I'm sure online sales will be increasing but this could be even better if you brought back the personal touch of "Yes we can order that for you and you can pick it up here or have it delivered!"
Thank you once again for Chris and Simon's endeavours it was definitely 5 star treatment.

Nipped into the Lancaster branch today having forgotten to bring my walking trainers away with me. We were served by Henry, excellent service, good advice and brilliant product knowledge. As well as the obvious good value. Left with a cracking pair of Merrell shoes. Thanks Henry.

Visited Go Outdoors for the first time today and had a great sales experience with Simon who guided me expertly through the product choices. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

I use Go outdoor products and always happy.
However this purchase, the purchase being fine. I had to chase up the order delivery and had it been delivered to the store.
I received an email that the order was being delivered to my local store and would receive an email or text to say it had been delivered. This, didn’t happen. Go outdoors are not cheap products. The least the company could do is notify customers more often as to how the order is progressing, where it is currently at, or at least notify the customer it has arrived at its destination as originally said.

The staff, Simon, Henry & Lewis were very helpful and informative about Go Outdoors membership and the stock held in the shop. They're friendly and approachable too!

Both Simon and Henry were extremely helpful in helping me purchase and find the correct mountaineering boot for me, they both were very polite and sociable while being extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding the product and its options as well giving me options for if the boot wasn’t right

All staff are very helpful and friendly. Went in to get some trousers and walking boots, Simon gave great advice and helped lots, made shopping as someone who doesn’t know much about outdoor wear much easier!

Came in the store yesterday for help with my ripped and broken tent, staff were really helpful in explaining what I need to fix the rip. Also advised about what pole they believed I would need to purchase to fix the lean on my tent. All were friendly and happy to have a conversation. Thank you Lewis, Simon and Chris.
