Excellent property in the city centre, ground floor which was much appreciated. Bonus of having its own dedicated offroad parking. Apartment was newly renovated, had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. A few minutes walk from the town centre's bars and restaurants.
Booking was easy and communications with Diane were quickly answered. Good customer service

Mayberly lux is honestly the best quality and design I have stayed in even topped the penthouse at mearns st just lol . But I must admit that I am very impressed…

Grampian lettings cancelled our booking 6 days before staying. I had booked an apartment, and I was contacted to say that this one was unavailable - but was offered a larger and dearer apartment for the same price - happy days! So I confirmed via airbnb messages and confirmed the swap of apartment, paid and thought that was that. 6 days before I get a notification of cancellation- I immediately contacted Diane and she said I hadn't confirmed and they booked it out to someone else. It seems really obvious to me that they realised they were losing our on over £300 to let us stay there, so decided to go with the money over their promise. I've proof that I accepted their offer of the other apartment, and why would have paid the full amount of I didn't intend to stay? And if they were unsure if I wanted to apartment still, surely someone could have contacted me? So now I've had to find a hotel last minute. It's even worse as we wanted an apartment as this trip is a bucket list trip for my mum who has stage 4 cancer and has months to live, so we wanted to all be together, and wanted a special apartment to make some lovely memories. I hope the company reads this and realises when do things like this, the impact they have.

Lovely location. Ideal for 3 guests. Living room not set up fir any more than 3 guests.

We had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a fabulous time in our little condo outside of Aberdeen. It was the perfect spot and had everything we could need.

Spacious clean apartment with ample free parking located within easy walking of both beach and city centre.

Communication from hosts timely and clear. Large kitchen with all the essentials provided although additional cutlery and an expandable dining table would be useful if many people staying.

Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at the apartment very clean and a great location for the city , loved watching the boats arrive and depart and two bathrooms was a bonus , sofas could have been comfier for us to relax after a long day but would definitely stay again

Stayed in Maberly lux whilst working in Aberdeen for a week. Flat was really nice and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay with Grampian letting again

Lovely clean, modern apartment. Great location close to shops and the aquatics centre as we were up for a swimming gala. We’re planning staying here again for future visits. There was a fitted sheet for the sofa bed missing and after a message a new one was quickly dropped off along with some treats! Only issue - and a very small one - only 4 forks and 5 of us staying.

Listing did not mention apartment was on 2nd floor and no lift in block (I had 5 suitcases and 2 children and mobility challenges so - no way to get upstairs without causing myself harm and pain). Lobby stank of urine. Unsavoury characters outside but that's not the agent's fault.
No emergency numbers. Called, no callback. Had to go to a hotel. Agent claimed no alternative accommodation and that listing said flat was on 2nd floor - false claim as listing did not say that. Refused to put me in alternative accommodation and offered 50% refund - after the platform's intervention. I cannot use 50% to get another place at such short notice. Currently investigating other avenues for redress.

Really easy booking process and the team were really quick at replying to emails. The rooms were bigger than expected. And apartment was super clean. Spotless really. Only minor issue is the spare sheet doesn’t fit on the spare bed but we made it work. Perfectly situated in the city centre. I’ll definitely recommend this apartment and I would be more than happy to return if ever back in Aberdeen.

Absolutely fantastic stay in a really comfortable apartment next to the river. I will most certainly be staying again.
The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and was all sorted at short notice.
Edwin was always on hand for any questions we had.
