I was pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed and use the bag I ordered from GRAMS28. I ordered the 154 City Pack. I was looking for a smaller bag for commuting that would be able to hold my 11 inch iPad and case. Something with more of a professional look because I travel with this device daily to work. And while it does this very well, the bag really shines when you use it for airport travel. It can hold everything you may need while waiting for your flight and on the flight itself. It’s become my go to bag and I’m very happy with the purchase. I’ve been using it for a little over two months now and I’m very impressed with the quality. I was a little hesitant from ordering from an Instagram ad, but the one or two questions I had during the shipping process were answered immediately. I have no complaints so far only recommendations.

After buying a new macbook pro 16" I was in the market for a clean and professional laptop case. This brought me to Grams(28). I was attracted by the clean, modern aesthetics of the product and was impressed by the wide variety of options. I purchased the Nappa Leather case and after two weeks of use all of my expectations have been met and exceeded. the leather quality is superb and the craftsmanship of the case is exteremely impressive. High-quality product at a very competitive pricepoint, I will be back!

grams(28) is wonderful for this humble street photographer. Perfectly designed bags that holds everything I need for a day's shooting. The 172 camera bag is my essential. The 132 Essential Case Pro is ideal when I want to go lighter, and the 171 Laptop for when I need more space. Just recently picked up the 302 Adventure sling. Can't wait to get rugged and dirty with it.

I live in Japan, where Grams28 doesn't currently have a permanent store. A while ago, I had the opportunity to visit one of their limited-time pop-up stores, where I saw and handled the 157 Essential Sling in person. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the leather and the craftsmanship, and that's what convinced me to make my first purchase.

Recently, I purchased the 192 Essential Half Moon Bag, and I'm happy to say it has lived up to the same high standard.

The leather is exceptionally soft with a buttery, slightly plush feel that makes it a pleasure to use every day. The craftsmanship is excellent, and every detail feels carefully considered.

One feature I especially appreciate is how the gusset naturally expands or contracts depending on how much I'm carrying. Whether the bag is lightly packed or filled with my daily essentials, it always maintains a clean, elegant silhouette without looking bulky.

It's not easy to see or purchase Grams28 products in person in Japan, but based on my experience with two different bags, I can confidently say that Grams28 consistently delivers outstanding quality.

I believe there is strong demand for your products in Japan, and I sincerely hope you'll consider opening a permanent store or expanding your presence here in the future.

This company knows what it's doing with customer service. I feel like customer service has degraded so much recently and it's refreshing to find a company that goes above and beyond. They are responsive and stand by their products. I consistently find myself going back to them.

This bag’s design is exactly my taste.
I also feel the way the strap is done shows a great sense of style.
In terms of functionality, when I do not have much to carry it fits closely to my body, and when I have more things, the gusset gives it more room than you would expect.
I own four different types of bags from grams28 and I enjoy switching between them depending on the situation.

One of the best design for big guy bag. Outside look is perfect, not draw a lot of attention but still bring the elegant for your look. I got this bag for my boyfriend as a travel and daily bag. It holds his iPhone 16 pro max cell phone, flat water bottle, keys, wallet, meta glasses and case. We love how minimalistic it is and how it can easily be dressed up or down. The buckle quality is outstanding. One more thing to note is how well thought out the design of the strap is - the bottom strap is vertical so the bag sits perfectly straight on the bodv vs lop-sided like all other similar bags in the market. 5 stars for this essentials bag!
