This is a very trustworthy brand. The products are good quality. This isn't some weird and suspicious brand like Atorie. Grams28 actually looks like they have real customer service with products that match their visuals.
It might take some time for your product to arrive though (it took mine almost 9 days in total from day ordered).

My experience was great! Checkout was extremely easy, product was exactly as advertised. Actually it was better! The leather felt very premium, the buckles seem robust but luxurious, the look was exactly what I wanted. Quiet luxury!
