They were on it and were so knowledgable when it came to help us as we were first time buyers so were out of our depth. Our house purchase was long and drawn out with numerous changes in circumstances on both the buy and sell side, and a completion date that was delayed unexpectedly at the last minute due to issues with our buyers.
