Good price, fast delivery

My first purchase from Gray”s and it certainly wasn’t huge/costly. But the service level and follow up to a query were excellent. Now, if the service is like that for relatively low cost items, it must equal that at least for higher priced items, at least that’s my thoughts. Anyway, I may soon be getting more stuff so I’ll see for myself :-) ( not that there’s any doubt).

found a copy that was VERY reasonably priced at Grays of Westminster - I phoned to confirm they'd received payment and the gentleman who answered could not have been friendlier .
The book arrived later that eek in AS NEW condition , I could not have been happier .
Net time I'm looking for a Nikon lens I'll be calling in at Grays -

I ordered a pretty obscure Nikon lens hood for one of my older lenses and Grays had it in stock. They got it to me within a few days of ordering. I've used Grays for a long time and they always give this level of service on things Nikon

Helpful staff on phone. When I ordered on-line, delivery was was prompt and dispatched when site said it would be. As Grays specialise in Nikon, they had all the items in their own stock and could send them straight away instead of having to order them in.
The camera, lens and battery I bought are very good indeed and I'm very pleased with this upgrade to my photography!
I'll be back to Grays for other lenses soon.

This year I decided to up my bird watching with some amateur photography. I have been a Nikon user for the last 40 years and am a fan of quality used equipment. You can imagine my delight upon discovering Greys of Westminster. There was the lens I was looking for-300mm f2.8 vrii. I live in Canada and was a little concerned about purchasing sight unseen. A phone call and some back and forth emails soon cemented a trust with Daniel and Chloe and the purchase was made.
Daniel was very helpful in arranging for my niece to pick up the lens. She was planning a visit and brought the lens with her. I have to say the condition was far beyond what I expected. If the tripod collar had not been upgraded to an Arca Swiss foot I would not have known this was a used lens. Greys of Westminster’s dedication to quality and service has impressed me and I would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone looking for new or used Nikon equipment or just a look around.Staff are knowledgeable, polite and made my purchase worth remembering.
