I contacted this company for the first time to check if they had the item I wanted to purchase in stock. I was pleased that they had it so i ordered it online. The small cabinet was perfect for the space and the colour grey made it even smarter looking. I’ve very very pleased and highly recommend this company.

I purchased about 10 plants this spring, shrubs and perennial flowers. The prices were very good and I received large, healthy plants, larger than I expected compared to what I received from other nurseries in the past. Shipping was free and earlier than scheduled. Plants arrived in plenty of time for a special project for Mother's Day. I will shop here again

I have ordered 3 times this spring. All products have been shipped promptly and well packaged.First shipment lost 5 plants. Notified customer service,sent a photo, they responded quickly, sending replacement plants. All my plants look great at this point.

First time ordering from this company. I ordered 4 pots. Delivery was prompt and they were packaged well, no breakages. The pots were of good quality and exactly what I'd been looking for and the prices were very reasonable.

Order received on 14th March, one chair fine, the other in pieces and they had sent the wrong table. Contacted customer services and was asked to take photographs of the box, its contents, labels etc. It was as if they didn't believe me. Finally after a couple of weeks they agreed to replace the goods and have referred it to the manufacturers. Well, we are still waiting and it is now 18th April.
Needless to say I would not recommend this company for any future purchases. Customer Services leave a great deal to be desired.

Prompt delivery, the item was perfect, it’s exactly what I wanted

The arbour looks good, though we haven't put it up yet owing to the weather. Some mixed messaging on the greatgarden website abut delivery, but sorted after a query, and delivery was prompt and friendly.

The candles we bought were exactly as they appeared and arrived promptly. We will have to wait and see how they burn.

Ordered a grey wicker tree skirt for my Christmas tree. I paid extra for express delivery and it was delivered on time. Excellent quality. Really pleased with it!
