I was charged £9.95 for next day delivery and I received my order after 3 days!!.

Then when I contacted them to say can you credit the difference between next day delivery and standard delivery which is a very reasonable request they didn’t want to know.

You have been warned.

I recently ordered a fibre optic xmas tree online from GreatGardensOnline.com. my order was dealt with quickly and i received the tree within 2days, i was notified when the tree had been dispatched and approx time when delivery was expected the tree arrived in good condition, i have used it yet, but have tested the tree and it works well, i would definately recommend GreatGardensOnline.

Great product but service let down by the courier. They said they had called to arrange delivery (twice) but left no message and made no effort to follow up. My bench arrived over three weeks late.
There is some minor damage (slats that have pulled away slightly and a couple of scuff marks) so I have some repair work to do, but it's not bad enough for me to want to go through the rigmarole of sending it back for a replacement.

I have contacted customer services twice via email and have yet to get a response. I ordered 4 hand pump Christmas soaps. I got duplicates which was not what was advertised (a selection is not 4 the same).
I won’t bother ordering again as I like to use a supplier who delivers what I order

Be careful what you order. I ordered a folding beach chair because it was advertised as light and portable, There was nothing to say you had to assemble it each time and that the material had to be pulled very hard indeed to stretch over the legs. With arthritic thumbs this proved impossible for me. When I enquired about sending it back I was told I was responsible for finding a carrier and for the cost. Rubbish service. I have bought another lightweight, already assembled, and cheaper one elsewhere and giving the Great Gardens one as a Christmas present to someone young enough to have the strength to assemble it.

I ordered some Christmas mugs, delivery was extremely quick and communication was excellent, when I received them I was that impressed with the product and price of them I ordered more and received the same excellent service. The parcel was well packed and now this is my new favourite shopping place

Never heard of them until they came up in a search but they were selling a Keter storage unit for a more sensible price than the local diy chain store, I thought delivery might take a while but it didn't. Goods arrived quickly delivered by DHL in the predicted time slot. Goods in perfect condition. No complaints and would buy from them again.
