Booked a 7 night stay with hb and flights to a 5 star adults only hotel in Rhodes.
The price was not only the cheapest, it was the cheapest by a huge margin.

Great company, easy to book holiday, very competitive prices, would definitely use again, thank you.

Everything from start to finish was amazing, from the pick up transfer, to check out.
Transfer was fantastic, check in was a breeze and only took 5 minutes, nothing was a problem for any of the staff, food was amazing, hotel was fabulous and we can say nothing negative about it.
The one thing we regret is not booking to stay for longer.
We will definitely be going back.

Fantastic holiday to Ischia. Everything rang so smoothly from airport pick up, transfer to ferry and hotel. Hotel and staff were exceptional. La Pergola hotel. Would definitely book with this company again

Arrangements for the various phases of the holiday were rather disjointed. The car hire voucher was for 8 days, but the return date was before the expiry of 7 days. I contacted Great Value Holidays, who promised to resolve. They failed to respond however, leaving us having to sort out the problem with the car hire firm when picking up the vehicle. Also the flight time did not leave sufficient time to reach the accommodation before check in closed. The terms and conditions threatened hidden fees or denied access to our accommodation. Again we had to resolve the issue directly with the property owners. That said all aspects of the accommodation at Castello di Monticelli were excellent and we had a fabulous time. The entire package was also good value for money.

Hotel was perfect, just as described in an incredible setting. Clean rooms every day with changed towels. Fresh clean pool towels every day. Lovely pool and area for plenty of comfortable sunbeds. Delicious food in a beautiful indoor and outside area. Amazing staff, nothing a problem and would help in any circumstance. Overall our holiday was one of the best, totally relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. Definitely going back again. Thank you

I have recently tried to book a holiday with this company . I rang the them to check the price and the details of holiday and advised to book online . The price was the same as confirmed by their representative. I booked it and paid online however after the payment had gone through and authorised, a message appeared stating the price had increased by £100 due to high demand and I would have to book again, despite the fact my payment had been accepted and it was still advertised at the same price I booked it at . I rang the company only to be advised that if I wanted the holiday I would have to rebook and pay again at the higher price. After complaining a supervisor rang me several hours later to say I could book at the original price. By this time I had lost all confidence in the company and would not trust them. Particularly as at no time did the price vary on the website . A very stressful experience.
Please note this is an American company based in the US.

My wife and I recently used Great Value holidays for a 4 day break in Tuscany to see Andrea Bocelli in concert.
The concert was amazing and the organisation was very well done with lovely people.
Would definitely used the company again.

Very well organised holiday with friendly English speaking staff and guides. I was able to speak to a real person with queries before the holiday and when booking. Hotel and concert arrangements were exactly as described. Well done and thank you.

THE Columbia Hotel in Montecatini Terme was excellent and Michelangelo Travel looked after us as well as could be expected at the somewhat chaotic Teatro del Silenzio. Would not recommend the Bocelli to anyone with mobility issues, for anyone else, an unforgetttable experience, the most spectacular concert I have ever seen.

We also took the Florence extension administered by Tomorrow Travel. We had no contact from them - didn't meet us to show us to the hotel and didn't let us know arrangements for airport pickup on last morning - we had to ring them. Florence itself was great of course and the hotel was well situated despite being a bit weird with a "Hell" theme.

Overall, enjoyed the trip and would travel with Great Value Holidays again.

Amazing trip! Always wanted to see Andrea Boccelli in Tuscany! He didn’t disappoint!
Unlike Great Value holidays! Wasted too much time at the airport upon arrival (appreciate they’d been an accident on motorway) , but they kept us waiting for the next flight to arrive , so as to double up on the coach! We chose an earlier flight to maximise our time!
Also, we booked half board…to actually find we was only booked for 2 out of 3 days! Great value decided not to pay on the day of the concert ! Fair enough, but we could have had lunch!! The Hotel was happy to do this…..only at our own expense! We’d already paid!
All in all, not very Great Value!

Recently went on a bucket list Andrea Bocelli weekend via GVH
Was first time using GVH so was slightly apprehensive
However, all information issued in advance was very clear and the management of the whole process from airport arrival to departure was faultless
The only minor comment I would make is that some people felt like the welcome sign held by the rep at arrivals should have been bigger to be be more visible
Overall though, absolutely exemplary

The concert was amazing with good reserved seats, access to the concert was poor especially for people with mobility issues.
The hotel did not have tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.

The whole experience was excellent. Couriers very helpful throughout the break, nothing too much trouble and also hotel staff very attentive and very friendly. The concert was amazing, Andrea Bocelli was superb. Would definitely use Great Value Holidays in the future.

Wonderful experience . All went as hoped Longer waits than expected & walking longer than expected in the heat to & from the venue on the day .
Performance once in a lifetime . Well worth the effort & the town is safe & pretty .. shops afternoon closures .

First time using Great Value Holidays as we wanted to see Andreas Botcelli’s concert in his own area and this company offered exactly what we wanted. We decided to stay for 5 days so we could explore the surrounding countryside. Good communication throughout, punctual and ease of pick ups and drop offs. Well located hotel spotlessly clean, courteous staff although slightly basic. Reasonably priced. Very pleased
