The phones have limited range causing…
The phones have limited range causing call drop outs and poor quality audio - less than the range of the Panasonic units they were bought to replace.
However, Greenbox have been in contact with me to offer advice on how to overcome the problems , and a full refund if I wish to return the handsets .

A Good Purchase,
The EE Home Phone is my first digital phone. I have no mobile reception here so rely on my landline. Information about the phone was clear and concise on the Green Box website . Coupled with the price it was exactly what I needed, The phone was easy to install although I couldn't get it to link with the hub. Information in the acccompanying leaflet lead me to contact the Help Desk. They could not have been more helpful. It turned out that the Hub needed to be re-booted from their end . After that it was all fine. The phone is easy to use and the features on it, easy to set up. Overall I am very impressed.

The right part at the right price and delivered in good time meant that my home cordless landline phone system is working properly again. As land lines are soon to be a thing of the past, replacing the system would not have been viable.

Where is it?
Email from company that parcel on its way. Then email from Royal Mail saying that it will be delivered 12.1.26. Then another email saying it is further delayed followed by another email saying it will be delivered 12.1.26(again). Now 15.1.26 and still not delivered and no indication when. Unable to talk to a real person at Royal Mail. AI.Chat says will be delivered 12.1.26! Where is my parcel?
