Our brother passed away recently and he had a large collection of militaria things,we decided to call Griffin's as we did not have an idea of its value. Patrick was excellent in first, talking to us, then working hard to give us an estimate. He kept us up to date with auction dates and then worked extremely hard to achieve the best price for our items. He also found a gold ring in the crate we left with him that we didn't know was there,and he was so honest to mention it to us and he also worked hard to achieve a good price in auction. We have a few items left to go to the toy auction and we are confident that Patrick will achieve a good sale for us. We cannot thank Patrick enough for his professionalism and we highly recommend Griffin's Auctioneers for anyone wishing to use them.

I’m very pleased with my first auction experience and Griffin’s made it easy and seamless. I was a little nervous shipping the fragile items overseas, but they arrived promptly and very well wrapped. Firstly, I'd like to add I have not been promoted to leave any review, it is completely of my own will as it is very much deserved. I was clueless on how to go about auctioning some of my items including various watches, pictures and jewellery. Patrick was very helpful and explained everything to me.
The whole process was smooth and with a great outcome of me being able to sell my items at a fabulous price, yes some commission is taken but it is a small amount and worth it in my opinion as ease and felt safe in leaving my items in their safe hands leading upto the auction. Patrick and his staff were very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again if I needed to auction any more items.

Friendly, offer helpful and informed advice and generally the lots have got good prices. Recommended. And they have good parking!
