Very disappointed with the house blend. Weak and flat tasting .
Will not purchase again

My son has a subscription with you and loves your coffee beans and how fresh they are. I bought an advent last year, which he really enjoyed, so bought another this year. The customer service is good snd orders are processed promptly.

No customer service to speak of. Their response to my review was this nonsense.

This lot do not value your custom. Don't give them your money.

The coffee was decent, but the customer service was disappointing.

What should have been a simple customer service issue turned into a frustrating experience where company policy appeared to matter more than customer satisfaction. A fair resolution and actually wanting to solve the issue would have retained a loyal customer, but instead I was left feeling that the money mattered more than the customer.

It’s a real shame, as we had intended to order from Grind again in the future. Instead, they have lost our future custom and any recommendations we would have given to others.

Arrived 3 days late after paying for express, once it did arrive the tin was all marked and dinted.

I bought 100 pods for my new Ninja coffee machine. The coffee is lovely and exactly to our taste but the pods are not fit for purpose. They collapse/break so the machine thinks it’s out of water and sends an alert. I bought these as it’s stated nespresso compatible which Ninja is too. Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing again as I’m going through 3 pods just to get a regular size coffee!

Absolutely love my Grind Beans! I think this is going to be my bean of choice from now on! Will probably subscribe to a regular order now.

I ordered 2 ground coffee advent calendars and only 1 has turned up. Also impossible to get hold of someone to help, with no customer services except over email. Disappointing customer service experience.

I bought the Baileys coffee pods, as a no milk coffee drinker I was very impressed with the smooth taste and Baileys aroma.

Old beans and poor customer service....

I'd been recommended to try Grind to get whole beans for my machine, so tried them. Firstly, I was given a code to get 30% off my first order, 20% off my second and 10% off my third. Input the code, discount was showing on the checkout, pressed pay. Got charged the full amount without discount. Raised a complaint... No response.

Got my beans, they were 7 weeks old when I got my delivery. Unsurprisingly it was almost impossible to get a good shot of espresso from them. Wrote another email to complain, finally got a response to say that they'd refund me 40%. So in essence I got just a tiny partial refund against what I should have been charged and was left with beans that were subpar. So I went to Pact and ordered beans from them, which came only a few days from roasting and come out of the machine perfectly, it only took me a couple of shots to dial it in.

So if you want good beans, don't use Grind.
