Bad communication
I ordered AirPods from this shop and I received them quickly, even a day early, but after a week, the left one became quieter. I tried everything but couldn’t fix it, so I returned them. GSMShop declined the return, saying the box was opened and used. Communication was difficult as no one spoke English, but they eventually agreed to send them back. I asked for delivery to a new address as I was moving, but they ignored my messages and sent it to my old address. PostNL notified me the package was delivered on 19/12, but when I checked the next day, it wasn’t there. Despite multiple checks, it’s still missing. I asked GSMShop to open an investigation with PostNL, but I’ve had no updates. Feeling very frustrated.
