Sadly this was an extremely disappointing experience.

Ordered 3 pieces of garden equipment and the website informed me the items would arrive in 3-4 days. On the 4th business day I called them to ask where my delivery was. They informed me that they had been waiting on one piece from the ware house but it was arriving that evening. Once it arrived they would send it out and it would arrive in 1 to 2 days. I expressed my sincere disappointment and after much back and forth the call handler said he would upgrade the delivery to next day free of charge.

The next day came and went and no delivery. 3 business days later I called again, their phone line was closed even though it was only 4:30pm and their website says 5pm. The next day I called again and the call handler told me that one piece was still awaited from the warehouse and it might be another 6-7 days but he could split the order.

Neither call handlers seemed to really care. I asked for a refund and the call handler again said he could split the order for me. I said no, just give me the refund. To be fair, he did issue the refund without further argument but this has cost me 2 weeks now.

I tried not to order from the big one but now I am back where I started and have ordered from the big one but will receive my items 2 week later than I wanted (as at least they deliver).

Avoid.

Was very skeptical of them when I saw some of the poor reviews on here after I placed my order. I'm happy to report I had nothing to worry about! I was informed when my order was dispatched, was able to track my order and it arrived exactly when the order said it would. My son really wanted a particular brand of wellies and every where else was super expensive compared to GS Workwear, my son is now extremely happy that he has them! Thank you GS Workwear.

I could not find Puma Krypton Boots anywhere , they had them, I ordered them and received within a week and a half, they communicated well with me during the process as well,

Read some of the rewiews here and started to wonder if I'd made the right decision.
However, after a few days it arrived as in the description. Product is as ordered and very happy with the price!

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a pair of trousers over a week ago, no update, no arrival of product, nothing at all.

Called and after a lengthy wait time was met by the voice of someone who sounded like he wasn’t bothered at all. Was promised that it would be sent the next day with a tracking number, but surprise surprise, nothing. Finished work today to call again only to find their “phone line are now closed”. Strikes me that I’ve been taken by an absolute scam artist.

Avoid at all costs, terrible.

I made the mistake of looking here after I placed my order, Like other I am waiting for my order and it has not been shipped, I placed an order the same time from a different seller and that has arrived but this shower do not ship.
If you come here before ordering take note of the negatives and think hard before wasting your money.

Refund still not issued don’t order from them hassle

Lovely set of boots delivered on time - noticed a broken eyelet within 20 mins of wearing the boots. Boots returned next day for replacement or refund. Still waiting for my refund as they "need to speak to the manufacturer" (not my problem) before issuing the refund. Incorrectly quoted consumer rights act to me saying they had 30 days (not 14) to refund me. Avoid.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a hole saw on 28th May 2024, delivery was advertised as 1-2 days and it's now 6th June and still no delivery. Called the company and was given a feeble excuse that they had to order the item from there sister company (Bosch). Clearly they have no stock and are just the middlemen in a chain of deceit. Had to go elsewhere to get my product. As of today's date (6/6/24) they only have 38 reviews of which 47% are 1 star!!!!! Strongly recommend you avoid this middleman company and shop elsewhere if you wish to have your product in time, or at all.

Even 1 star review is too much.bi don't even know why I am wasting my life and writing this... I ordered boots, hat and t-shirt I was waiting 2 weeks for theirs "speedy delivery" and even after 2 weeks of waiting for a goods I received wrong size boots. Ordered size 9 and the sent me a size 10 in box saying size 9 . Absolutely clowns... They said to sent it back so they'll resend a new pair instead they refund me. I do not recommend them. Just go somewhere else. Honestly the worst shop ever.

Order a pair of trousers on Tuesday said 1to 2 days delivery came Saturday sow watch out for delivery because is not 1 or 2 days

I ordered two Sealey Value Plus diamond blades for an old angle grinder, 100mm x 16mm. Impossible to get locally. GS had them in stock at a very good price, and they arrived on time, well packaged.

Bought some trade steel toe cap trainers. Price was awesome, trainers were at first awesome but after a couple of months of light use the glue have way. However customer service was 5star and i received my money back with no issues.

Advertised free delivery to UK - purchased an item and paid for it, they cancelled the order as it was too heavy to ship to 'Ireland' As of the 1st March 24 , N Ireland is still part of the UK.

Obvious cashflow issues because have no advertised stock.
Took payment for order
Waited 5 working days before emailing them
Was told by them "5-7 working days should be allowed"
Working day 8 I am told that they have no stock and that it is at a sister warehouse ??
On day 8 asked them to give a lead time or refund.. no lead time provided.
Day 9 refunded because PayPal were going to intervene.

.. seriously affected my chain supply.

I went to this company after another rubbish workwear company let me down.

Avoid - if you want what your order.

Don't waste your time with this company

I bought a jacket off them one month ago,for 5 days later the zip to fail.

I sent the product back and was told I would be sent a replacement out.
Then to be later told the replacement they where sending to me has failed there quality checks and I would not be getting another jacket.

Even though there's stock online on there site

So after one month,I'm back to square one,with no jacket for winter.

I ordered a JCB hoodie on Wednesday 29/11/23 and received it on Monday 04/12/23. It’s a great hoodie and at a good price compared to lots of other places selling the same hoodie a lot dearer. I received email confirmation of my order at the time of purchase and I also received an email 2 days later stating that my order was on its way. It was sent by Royal Mail and a tracking number was provided so I could keep an eye on it. Thank you very much GS Workwear, it’s much appreciated 😃👍🏻

Placed an order on the 4/10/23 for 4 jackets £222.56 with this company to be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked. After waiting 12 days I had not been contacted and I had not received the items, to be told the parcel was supposedly delivered on the 05/10 and received by myself at the door at 11.20am. I expressed that I was not even home at that time so this is false and has not happened. By the way this was not Royal Mail but DPD. So after numerous emails back and forth GS Workwear has decided that I am to be the loser of my hard earned money, because they had sent my goods out for delivery the cheapest way possible, with DPD not Royal Mail as stated on the invoice, with not even a signature on delivery needed, and as far as they are concerned there is nothing they can do so it is my lose. Disgusted is a understatement.
