I ordered a evorobe xl to find it will not be delivered due to unknown circumstances as not received any correspondence. I have been refunded but this was a bday present which will not be received. Not great service

I ordered a wetsuit and then received an email telling me that it wasn’t in stock. This should’ve been communicated to me before I bought a £200 wetsuit.

Unfortunately I bought these gloves thinking I could swim with them - would appears they can only be water tight under wetsuit 🙈😂. No use for swimming

Poor sadly they don’t answer the phone, the chat bot doesn’t work you fill out your text then it won’t send and the email system is broken as you can’t fill out subject (title) and as this is a requirement so you can’t send it ! They sent my parcel to a similar address as mine but in Ramsgate not Margate … I checked the parcel it was the Ramsgate address ! Courier not at fault ! After some detective work I drove a 6 mile round trip to recover it at my own expense.
