I bought the Growband Pro September 2025 and noticed that the battery did not last as promised on the website. Contacted support and we tested the battery for a few days and then they decided to replace the product without any hassle.
Because of this experience I am happy to recommend this company.

Using the growband really improved my hair, no doubt about it. It looks a lot thicker now all over the top and the crown and less hair loss. Grateful to have this option when nothing else was working.

My crown was thinning out so badly (temples and hairline were doing ok though). Started using the Growband and was honestly quite surprised when I saw it was improving things. I noticed most of the hair on the top was coming out a slightly better “quality of hair”. But the crown itself had the biggest improvement where the balding area went from about 4cm across to about 2cm across (same length haircut). Impressed and planning to continue until the crown is completely filled.

My Hairband Pro has proven to be exactly what's been advertised. At my age I've not experienced hair growth but my hair is thicker and much healthier. This product truly works. Now, an experience with the company/customer service. My growbox quit working, I contacted hairguard, after a couple of emails I was sent a replacement. Clear cut, just excellent customer service. My experience with hairguard has been excellent and I would recommend this company, this product 100%

The Growband stopped the thinning on my crown after a few months. I also like the Hair guard serum which absorbs much better than most topicals.

Don’t buy and save yourself time and money!!

I ordered the hair guard but then immediately wanted to cancel due to the pricing. I sent two emails and they waited to reply until the shipment was sent. Now I get to pay return shipping and 20% restocking fee. I would second guess ordering from them if they are trying to be sneaky from the beginning. What they are trying to do is get you to buy it and make it almost not returnable. Low cost item being sold for way too much, with bad customer service!
Update: They did refund me the whole amount and did say they will implement faster communication so this doesn’t happen. I still had to pay return shipping so not that much of a loss. It was still a loss of time and money, so I hope they implement their new service.

My experience with Hairguard has been very good. I was very skeptical to start with, especially about the Growband and if it would work for me, but I am seeing some clear new hair growth in the months since I started using it along with the liquid and scalp brush. The support was quick and helpful answering my questions and referred me to some helpful videos inside the members area. I've now recommended Hairguard to a couple of friends.

I received my Hairguard Pro today and my customer service person Alan really went the extra mile to ensure I got it in time for Christmas.
I really appreciated the time and effort and I will definitely post a 3month update,

I've started using this device a few months ago and I'm totally surprised with the results. It's so easy to use! I've been taking topicals and finasteride for a few years now and this device just made the biggest difference to me.

I'm happy with the results from the 2 Hairguard products Im using the growband and maxoxidil. I've stopped my hair loss and there's been some mild but noticeable regrowth too.

I've been using the Growband Pro for exactly a year now. I wanted to do a 3 month update after I purchased but then decided to wait and see if the progress continued. I've made a full reversal of my hair loss, going from NW4 to around NW2. I've been using only the Growband and Maxoxidil and the scalp brush which is the standard regimen that Hairguard recommend. Overall it Works well for me and I'm very happy.

The customer support is very helpful and knowledgeable. More importantly though, the combination of maxoxidil and the growband pro is working. My hairline has already started to thicken up a lot.

Anyone looking to get the benefits of scalp massages needs to use the growband. Its so much quicker, easier and less tiring. Its a massive time saver. That's really the crux of scalp massages for hair regrowth, you just need to be consistent and accumulate the hours spent massaging because the scalp tissues take time to remodel. But in the end it's fully worth it because you really stopping the hair loss where it matters. 5/5 for me and the support is also great. Responsive and very helpful with any and all questions.

My hair was stable for 1 year using low dose fin, but I wanted to see if I could activate new hair growth. I tried the Growband because the whole idea of using message makes sense to me. I use it about 1 hour a week total whilst I'm watching tv. After 3 months I can see a good thickness improvement and overall less loss of hair. My crown area is thickening up for sure. The Hairguard team is very helpful and friendly too. I've told a few friends about the Growband.

I'd been doing scalp massages for a couple of months with good results but found it very tiring and knew I probably wouldn't continue in the long term because of that. Since I switched to the Growband, I'm seeing even better hair and scalp improvements and with much less effort. It's very easy to get 10-20 minutes of massaging done per day now.

I ordered a dermaroller and after 3 weeks of waiting it did not arrive. My problem was solved fast and effective, they sent me another one and eventually, I ended up with two. Despite my offer to return the one extra dermaroller, one I did not pay, they casually told me to keep it, for future use. Praises for that kind of gesture can go so far, I am really grateful for everything they did.

Very helpful company. Sarah promptly emailed me back several times about my options and answered each of my questions.She then followed through right up to when my products will ship...who does that anymore. We need more companies like this in our world.
