They sent the wrong item but they made it right in the end. Customer service answers your emails.

I ordered 3 bundles of 10 inch loc extensions in color 613 and when I finally received them they had a funny smell as well as damp from moisture. Even though the locs started shedding a day after I had them installed, I still felt pretty confident with the locs until After a month of wearing them. I washed them for the 1st time. The locs shedded even more. So much that their barely hanging on! The site states that their 100% human hair but they act as synthetic hair! I planned to have these extension for a very very long time as a permanent option but these locs won’t last another shampoo! Customer service has no intention on rectifying this major inconvenience! I’ve spent hundreds on this process just to throw my money down the drain with no help from customer service. They suggested that I continue “regular maintenance” by tightening up the loc extensions by crocheting them AGAIN after I’ve paid them to do that for me! My locs are thinning like someone who’s had locs for years and needs loc repair!! This is not normal for 1 month of wear!! If I wanted to crochet 60 loc extension by hand myself I would have & saved my money by doing this in the beginning. I’m so disappointed and inconvenienced as I had these locs permanently installed!! If there was an option to add photos I would. This is ridiculous!

I ordered a topper from this company on Christmas Day 2020 and have still not received it, or any communication, from them as of now 13th February 2021. Where is my topper?

I got my hair extensions which l'm genuinely in love with although my hair brush was broken and I didn't receive my faux pony tail which was supposedly included. Not too upset by it as long as my extensions were all there and in amazing quality/ condition. I never felt prettier and more like myself honestly. So the none included items didn't bother me. Highly recommend

I have always had thin hair, and after a medical treatment my hair started thinning even more. I've also worn various hair extensions products and know what quality is and what is not. I bought 2 products from this place because I wanted a look with hair bangs and the product was supposedly HEAT RESISTANT; but it’s NOT!!!! They lied in their description of the product because when I tried straightening the bangs the hair completely melted; meaning it’s synthetic hair! So If you want it for Halloween;it could work but for a day out or night out; it’s DEFINITELY A HARD NO! Don’t buy this product! It sucked and what’s funny is that they don’t let you write a real review on their page; they have to approve it first and obviously they won’t approve any bad reviews so I hope the reviews on here help out

Worst customer service! The hair was awful and couldn’t be installed due to the quality. I have emailed the service team multiple times about refunds and getting this hair back to them but no information yet. They respond every 24-48 hours which is delaying this issue. I will never ever return to this company and I advise others not to.

Luckily I have paid via PayPal so I will continue to fight to get my money back.

Will NEVER use again. Lost a client over this. Order 'In process' for over a week - I even paid £20 extra for delivery to make sure it arrives in time (3-7 days). No communication from customer service after sending 3 e-mails with no response. Thank God for Paypal where I eventually got my money back. All positive reviews on here are fake as they are similar across a few websites. BEWARE!!!!

Love the curly so much. I ordered these clip in hair extensions after much thought and research because I suffer from thinning hair. I got the extensions 5 days after my placing order. The extensions blend so well with my own hair and I can do just about anything with them. I absolutely love them and the great customer service that came with them.
