We order one composited door from hallmark hardware that use Is very heavy

Great quality, price , colour and overall very impreased

Good quality, prompt delivery.

Good door and service.
Easy to fit and for the customer to use with a good range of fittings.
The only things I think can be improved are as follows.
1: Why ask for a specific delivery date if its not the date you get the product?
2: I ordered a composite door with no lock or routing as it was having an electronic latch and lock fitted on site but the edging strip still had holes routed out for the lock which looked poor.

What a beautiful and characteristic door! We were incredibly impressed by the strength, style and simplicity of install. Really recommend this company. Only slight issue: the letterbox is quite stiff for the post-person which sometimes causes mail to be a bit bent up.

Customer service amazing , BIG SHOUT OUT TO LAUREN BRADY. We had recently fitted a door for a disabled client and unfortunately some little ratbag vandalised his door smashing the glass , I asked Hallmark for a replacement which I was happy to pay for as it was not their fault yet Lauren arranged a free replacement for us , sent new glass panel out free of charge due to our long standing business relationship . That’s what I call looking after your customers . Brilliant setrvice . Thank you Lauren .

Door looks good, but within a week it had dropped on its hinges and wouldn't latch. We had to call the installers to fix, front door open! Not good.1

Good website and online ordering. Customer service are very helpful although they are a little slow resolving your issue.
