We are in a new build, and we needed a new door after 2 years. The builder got Goldstar to do the job. They were exceptional from start to finish, when they came to measure they got us involved and consulted us all the way, and made improvements suggestions we didn’t even think of. They came back and fitted it perfectly, a rolls Royce experience very happy. 👍🏾

Doors are modern. Letting in light while still protecting one’s privacy. Fits in with the decor of the porch

Good selection of doors with range of hardware to choose from. The wood grain effect is very realistic and overall the door is excellent quality.

Hallmark composite door looks smart & locking mechanism is sturdy.
Taybuild have done a great job fitting it as always.
Until we have severe winter weather, it won't be tested to its full potential. Fingers crossed🤞

After previous issues from another window/ door company i decided to go to Torfaen glazing. Hallmark doors are the company they use for doors. The door i ordered was a good quality door and the door was installed to high standards. I would definately recommend to others.

My door was fitted by my local company but I’m so happy with the new door, quality is excellent and looks amazing.

Very poor quality my fitter/ suppler Stewart recommended that hallmark would be the best door supplier so I agreed and chose a green front door and a white door for the back with squares on the glass.
Well the front door had marks and chips on them of which Stewart had touch up paint that lucky enough corrected this, black tape was showing around the edge surrounding the glass it just looked very shabby.
As for the back door the inside and outside squares just didn’t line up looking through the glass you can clearly see the inner edge of the opposite plastic square and this is more evident due to all the black marks showing behind the glazing.
Stewart has forwarded me an email he had sent requesting for a fully glazed replacement so it can be swapped over something I have stated I want it’s a new door I wish for a new replacement, Stewart received a response of which he has passed on to me of which is a disappointment from a company that states it’s number 1 but doesn’t back up the companies that buy from them I am not satisfied with what’s on offer and so I will be looking at speaking to trading standards regarding the quality of the doors, a real shame Stewart’s install was brilliant clean and finished beautiful product has certainly let his installation down and looking at past history on here it would seem you have let other installers down too.
