Great work from Lee. He handled two cupboards in one room all by himself, guided us through some decisions and left the room tidy. The cupboards look neat and fit cleanly into the alcoves which are not exactly symmetrical. We are really happy with them.

Fairly straightforward process from start to finish. All friendly people. Happy with quality.

Seamless process from start to finish.

Leon arrived promptly and introduced himself to both Chris and myself (Karen). He was warm and friendly and we were immediately put at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and brand was very respectful of us and our home.

Leon was hard working, consistent, dedicated and proud of his craft, showing attention to detail at every step of the process.

In over 15 years we have lived at this address, Leon has been the best and most professional craftsman we have encountered.

Paul who fitted this bedroom (which is our 4th by Hammonds) worked extremely hard all day and did a fabulous job. I have found Hammonds to have excellent aftercare customer service.

A special thanks to Adam, the furniture fitter who completed the Room 2 wardrobe fitting. He was calm, friendly, and highly professional throughout. Adam clearly has excellent knowledge and experience, and his workmanship reflects that. He was also very kind and helpful, making sure everything was completed perfectly and to a high standard.

Hammonds installed a large storage unit for us in our living room. The end product is great and is the reason for the second star.

The service from the technicians/fitters on the ground however is severely lacking. I don’t doubt that they know how to do their job but on both occasions they managed to make my wife feel disrespected/uncomfortable. The actual fitting was almost a disaster as the fitter was trying to persuade me to change the spec of the job at the very last minute (which I later discovered would have voided my warranty). From the moment I told him I wanted to stick to the original design, the fitter’s entire attitude changed for the worst.

Clean up job was also suboptimal. For some reason they leave all of the debris on your door step for several days until they can be bothered to collect it for disposal.

Not good enough for the money spent.

The installer was very efficient and did a great job.

We made a visit to the Camberley showroom and Lisa who attended to us was extremely helpful. She went through the various options available to us for the cabinets and shelving for the living area. Our visit was useful as it made us rethink some of the options available Lisa made this possible.

Super impressed with how John (Thompson) and his team tailormade our shelves to fit around the wooden beams and the slilghtly slanted wall. He was so lovely and so patient and attentive. The end product is gorgeous and we are absolutely in love with it! Makes us want to get another one for a different room! And thank you John for coming back to fix the small issues with the paint and the cupboard doors.
