The Handmade Christmas Co Avaliações

This was a Christmas gift to my nieces who live in London and I liked the offerings and presentation and they were really happy with it. However, I'd requested delivery to be on December 23 and the delivery was attempted on the 21st when they were out at work. Instead of leaving it outside their door (or leaving a note), they came back the following day. Luckily someone was home to receive it as this was still not the correct day.
I spent a great deal of time researching the perfect hamper for them and, while I think the product is great, I'd prefer to have trust in a company that they will follow through on instructions (or at least have them inform me if this is not possible).

Excellent quality personalised crackers - well worth that extra few ££

Excellent quality item. Looks amazing. Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Well informed. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic quality product, so beautiful. Fast delivery and amazing packaging

Great well made/ finished products, as well as excellent service.

I ordered the same Santa's sack as I ordered my son 5 years ago. It's beautiful & arrived within a few days ❤️

The bauble was exactly as described. It was wrapped very well and came on time.

Can’t speak highly enough of this business. Lovely selection, easy to order, quick despatch and deliver the following day. The crackers are for Xmas so can’t speak about the contents but they are finished beautifully and in lovely boxes. Will purchase from you again. Thank you

The item purchased was of very high quality and delivery was very very quick even though order placement was close to Christmas

Nice workmanship but arrived too late for presents for Christmas. Timescales should’ve been noted on Black Friday sales three weeks was not good enough.

Over the years I’ve ordered a few Christmas sacks for my grandchildren, Lovely sacks, would hesitate to order more! Great communication from the company.. Thanks

Santa's passport is a fantastic product at a great price; I loved it so much I bought 3 more to give as gifts! Highly recommend, 5 stars. Arrived in good time as well. Thank you!

The Handmade Christmas hampers gave good service from the point where we ordered till delivery to our top clients. Communication with customer service was easy and they were prompt in replying. Hampers even got delivered one day earlier than expected.

Been ordering Xmas hampers for some years now at this website. They are helpful, good price/quality and they deliver what the promise.

The team understood my needs and had a fab solution and took all the stress of posting out many presents to partners.

Quick efficient and personable

Thankyou

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at The Handmade Christmas Company. The personalised baubles are beautiful, the packaging is exquisite and the customer service is second to none. A big thank you to Billy for expediting my order and Victoria for personally delivering my items in the evening. I can't thank you both enough for going that extra mile.

Very good experience in ordering personalised items. Items were well made. I would order again from the handmade Christmas company.

Great quality fast delivery
