Hannah Solicitors LLP Avaliações

I used Hannah solicitors to sell my property. I can only say that Hassan Abbasi, who did all the conveyancing work, is the most dedicated, efficient and assiduous person I have had the pleasure of working with. He responds to emails virtually by return and has always worked impeccably towards the completion of the sale. He is a super guy and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a fast, easy and trouble free house sale.

Poor communication throughout, even after chasing for 2 weeks. I did get an apology from the trainee who was handling my case and I was told my emails got dropped as she had been on leave. The experience left me with zero confidence with some of the issues and caveats in the property I was purchasing. I terminated the service and had to pay 75% of the bill. Overall my personal opinion on my experience with them is lack professionalism and lack of communication.

Emma Swingler was very helpful. I could always contact her when needed. She always kept me updated. I will be using Hannah Solicitors when I purchase my new home.

Asim is a great Asset, very helpful, knowledgeable and always contactable. He made the whole process as easy as possible, highly recommend and i will definitely be working with them again!

acaccess sortted.. But not happy that I had no justice for my trail.

Excellent company purchased My 2nd property with them. Raecce was excellent always kept me in the loop. Turnaround was very quick always answered any questions I had. Always available on the phone. Top people to deal with with excellent prices. Recommend very highly you will not be disappointed.

If I could it would be 0 stars, these lot have no idea about buying and selling properties. No such thing as email privacy, they all seem to have access to email accounts even though they are individual accounts not generic. I’m just so glad the sale fell through and we didn’t have to deal with them. They wanted extra identification documents when asked why the only reason they could give was if they didn’t their license would be taken off them? Had no other answers! I’d paid a down payment it took me 5 months to get that refunded! I’m 100% certain they were hoping that I would forget about it, they then had the audacity to take a chunk of it for work they never did! This is a one man band with a paralegal, neither know what’s going on. Only Asian estate agents recommend these lot, I’m so glad I brought my house with a different law firm!

Danish provided an amazing professional service. Very knowledgeable. He was extremely caring and compassionate to my brother. We will definitely use this comp again.

We completed our mortgage on 29/01/24 and what a breeze it was. We dealt with Tamara and she was so helpful and thorough. We were nervous about the whole process as first time buyers and Hannah Solicitors made our experience stress free and effortless. 100% recommend, thank you again for making everything possible for us!

Zohaib was fantastic throughout the whole process. As a first time buyer, I wasn't well versed with the house buying process and Zohaib kept me informed of what was happening, talked me through the issues with difficult sellers and the best course of action.
Would definitely recommend Hannah Solicitors Luton.

A very professional team of people, particularly Asim, Ismail and Wasim who made the sale if of our property possible in difficult circumstances.

I recently purchased and sold a property through Hannah Solicitors. I am really pleased with the overall experience. The team made it a smooth and stress free experience, despite all the unanticipated curve balls and challenges that were involved. A special thank you to Wasim, Asim, Ikkra and Ismail - they were all super helpful, listened and provided regular updates throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using them again in the future and strongly recommend Hannah Solicitors to others given how slow and unresponsive some firms can be!

It is difficult to improve on the top class service we received. Asim and all the team were so organised and caring. They were always so kind and professional. In addition their service was delivered with good humour. They dealt with a difficult overseas buyer respectfully and effectively. If you are looking for a top quality firm with top class staff to deal with your property transaction then Hannah solicitors are the firm for you. I would unreservedly recommend Hannah solicitors.

Zohaib was efficient, organised and explained next steps clearly throughout the entire house purchasing process. Great service, highly recommend.

Very stressful but asim and amad all of his team help us all the way .Big thank you to asim n his team .of professionals

The service was amazing the cooperation was smooth and there was always a sense of understanding all of our wishes were granted and in the end we achieved what we wanted.

Amazing service from both Zohaib and Tania . Their handling of the purchase from the start to the completion was second to none. Although there were hick-ups during the process, my best interest was their priority and concern and the necessary support was given. I will not hesitate to use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

Fantastic communication from Sahiba during the process of selling and purchasing another property. It was not a straight forward transaction however Sahiba was extremely responsive and acted upon everything that was presented.
I was always grateful to receive instructions and on the day of exchange and completion , Hannah’s solicitors were ready to go. They communicated well with our other solicitors and acted in a timely manner considering the complicated nature - I cannot recommend them enough.
Thank you for all of your work.

Team at Hannah solicitor was absolutely brilliant. Especially Mr Wasim and Asim were very helpful and understanding.

They were patient and responded to every single query I made very promptly and professionally. Most importantly I loved their honesty and integrity.

Many thanks to both MR Wasim and Asim.

The app made the first stages of selling the property incredibly easy, despite a few complications the team pushed through and delivered
