Wayn my milk man is just brilliant.
i never hear him delivering milk
even though i am awake from about five am.

and the office staff are always redy to help
they write to me 'as a real person'
and am getting to know some of the names. Lisa and Joanne are particulary friendly and helpfull.

The last few times i am having to get rid of my milk as it as gone sour mine is put in cool box container and got in as soon as it has been delivered that is usually on a Thursday night for friday morning and a Tuesday morning so i have now cancelled my milk and will get it from the shops i am sorry you let me down

Their service delivery is always on point.

When I joined them I had a man on my doorstep quoting how much it would be but when I got the invoice and checking my bank statements it was more than what was discussed on the doorstep. But I thought I would stay with it still and give the service a chance. I’ve been with them for about two years and cancelled my orders after the latest incident and will never use them in the future. Over that period of time I have got in contact with them because they have missed my delivery, delivered the wrong items, missed items and delivered me sour milk on a regular basis which I have had to pour straight down the drain and I have one of those cool boxes as well for my milk to go in. I’m going to start getting it back from the shop because at least my milk was drinkable then and cheaper.

My delivery guy is brilliant he knows we got ring doorbell so he very good at catching it on warm nights so I can quickly go and get it in and always very polite I would highly recommend them

Can easily amend future orders & ok a delivery cost BUT welcome back to milk on the doorstep Fresh & completely environmentally friendly.

Rinsing out a milk bottle is better than adding to the plastic pile(s)ll.

I have been using Hanover Dairies for several years and cannot recommend them enough. We've had the same milkman (Wayne) throughout, he's so friendly and the rest of the staff are too. I love my milk coming in returnable glass bottles and the selection of other food items is good too. We get our free-range eggs, local butter, flavoured milks (the coffee one is great over ice in the summer), and the cloudy lemonade is nice too. It might not be as cheap as the supermarkets but they have never once let me down either in quality or service. The website is easy to use too and making one-off or permanent delivery changes is easy. However the staff are just a phone call away if you prefer to talk face-to-face. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Really flexible subscription. I just leave a note if I'm away to say 'no milk please' and they only charge me for what they deliver to me. They also offer some other products, including chocolate milk.

Needed some changes to be made on my order for Monday 15th June but because of the 3 day lead time couldn’t quite do it myself. So contacted Hanover and they sorted it straight away. Thanks /i

When I need to change my order it's so easy and quick. Overall the service is very very good thank you.

After having someone come to the door trying to offer milk delivered to the door decided to give it a go. Told him how much milk we use and gave a price that wasn’t too much more than the supermarket so agreed. Turns out the amount he had written down was actually far less milk than we needed for more money but still thought at least it’s supporting local farmers. However, to make things worse after receiving the first delivery I created my account online to find the invoice on here was even more than the hand written slip I had received, now about double what it costs at the supermarket. I rung to cancel and stated that I had a slip with the price on so why was I being charged more than this but was just told that he must have made a mistake and that there’s no way it would be that price. Definitely avoid, I am bad at saying no to people at the door but wish I had as was more expensive than I wanted and felt scammed by then having to pay even more money than I was told. Not sure if just a mistake or deliberately mislead to get me to sign up.

A truly awful experience with this company, deliveries were late or did not appear or were the wrong thing. Portal dosn't offer anyway to dispute these apart from calling in or emailing. Would not recommend

Had a few deliveries with no issue how ever the last 2 deliveries have been missed and i have been told that my order would be delivered today and its not been delivered... i pay a lot of money for these deliveries and the service over the past 2 weeks has been awful.

This service is quite often a life saver. I have very little money and this delivery is vital to make sure I have milk in the house. This company is helpful and polite and very quiet. I say quiet because I rarely hear the milk being delivered. I have now increased my order to include some flavoured milk at the weekend which is really tasty. I love the flavour.
