There is nothing more special than getting your milk bottles secretly delivered to your door, without you even knowing it's happened. I love Hanover Dairies and the products are freshly delivered without any issues. Highly recommend this service and products.

Second time delivery has not arrived
Second time delivery has not arrived, blamed on inexperienced drivers. Milk bottles not picked up in the past. The web experience is poor and outdated so sadly I have cancelled and returned to supermarket.

We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when it’s happened more than once.

A wonderful firm with friendly staff
Deliveries are great: reliable, early morning and easy to change or add to online or by phone. So sustainable with glass bottles returned instead of plastic. It's really good being able to add locally sourced very high quality eggs and farm-made butter, at good prices. Highly recommended!

No proper lid but the foil
They are asking money for reusable lid to replace their nonsense lid. They are saving money for environment asking us more money for environment

We’re sorry to hear you’re not as happy with the foil tops. All of our glass milk bottles use foil tops as standard, which helps us quickly differentiate between the different milk types during delivery.
We understand that foil tops may not be everyone’s preference, which is why we introduced our reusable Tip Tops. These are available in a pack of 3 for £3 and are designed to be a more convenient, longer-term solution.
That said, we’d be more than happy to let you try one for yourself. If you’d like, please contact us at enquiries@hanoverdairies.co.uk and mention that you were offered a free Tip Top following your Trustpilot review - we’d be glad to arrange this for you.

Quality products
I have milk delivered twice a week and it’s fantastic. Good product served in old glass bottles they also have eggs. Chocolate & strawberry shake that are tasty. I give Hanover dairies 5 stars for quality product and service. Thank you.

I have been having my milk delivered…
I have been having my milk delivered since March/April1999.
Costs a little more but I know that they will always deliver, never had an issue with them ever.
Also loving the new milk caps.....why were these not thought of before! Game changer they are.
