Good service, only negative I can give is that you could make a payment link to pay online rather than having to call up every time if your card payment is declined/ card is no longer valid

Wonderful
I am a little bit confused, as i thought hanover passed to creditfix, anyhow, they are great, i have had a couple of times where i wasnt able to pay or had to move payment date, which isn’t ideal, they are non judgmental which i like when you cant always afford money to pay bill.

Would definitely recommend
Have been with Hanover nearly 5 years now,never had a problem with them,until recently when 2 payments went out in the same month.Spoke with Emma who addressed my issue straight away and was able to refund the money back within a few days.Emma was kind and understanding thankyou.

Help with payments
I had an issue due to the company changes names with my payments. I spoke to a lovely lady called Emma, who understood my situation and advised me best how to deal with it moving forward. She kept in contact with me alike she said she would. Excellent service from her. Thank you Emma

5 long years done!
5 long years done. Only missed 1 month (was agreed with Hanover), other than that everything went smooth. Whenever they wanted to up my payments we spoke about it and they were super understanding and were willing to come to agreements.
Never had any issues, and they were always super polite and willing to help. Now to wait for my completion certificate, my credit record to clear and move on with a much better understanding of the dangers of poor financial decisions!
