I bought the smallest square planter. It was very difficult to put together & beyond most average diy’ers. Screw quality was poor too. Not good value at all. Anything larger would have been a complete disaster!

The service was just amazing . I ordered a couple of items for our granddaughter's birthday & never expected them to arrive on time . The staff were brilliant when I spoke to them , no empty promises just great service . Well done .

I ordered two identical items but only one has arrived - had they been secured together I would not be writing this review. The delivery service is appalling. No advanced warning, I was informed of the delivery on the actual morning and given a 10 hour slot. On top of this there is no option to redirect or rearrange delivery. I have no access to a phone at the moment and customer services take ages to respond to emails. I was told that the other part of my order should be here today but hasn't shown, I've emailed customer service but no response. I am going on holiday on Friday so probably won't ever receive the missing parts. I will never use Harrod Horticultural again and I recommend that others avoid them too, all they do is apologise which is no use to anyone.

I placed an order 11 days ago. Not received it. No update from Harrod. Rang and the order is waiting to be despatched 11 days later. It is a big order too and I am waiting for it. I am not happy. And I had to pay postage despite having spent a large sum. I have been updated to say my order won’t be despatched for another 6 days earliest as one item is out of stock. I was never told that. Harrod will not despatch a part order. I cancelled a £820 order. I will shop elsewhere.

I RECENTLY PLACED AN ORDER FOR A SUPERIOR METAL RAISED BED (I ADDED THE OPTIONAL EXTRAS, THE LINING & BASE) AFTER ADMIRING ONE FOR SOME TIME - IT WAS DELIVERED PROMPTLY & MY HUSBAND PUT IT TOGETHER
ITS A SUBSTANTIAL ITEM & WELL WORTH THE COST - IT REALLY LOOKS FABULOUS ON OUR PATIO - I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY & WILL BE BUYING MORE PRODUCTS FROM THEM, THE QUALITY IS OUTSTANDING !
I ordered 2 fruit cages off them in February they got back in touch and informed me that it would be delayed until May so I cancelled the order. They then got back in touch to say it would only be 2 weeks so I decided to accept the order. The order arrived but only the bag of fixings no frames so I contacted them and was told the order comes in two packages and the second would come the following day. This did not happen so again I contacted them they said they would look into it, they didn’t get in touch so I contacted them again. They said they were sorry and presumed they would have been delivered. After a week of contacting them to chase these items up I lost my patience and cancelled the order and informed them I wanted a full refund and for them to pay for the return of the bag of fixings. Again they didn’t contact me so I had to contact them. I eventually arranged for the bag to be picked up, I left it outside as requested a guy came looked at the bag and left. I contacted them again,it was then arranged to be picked up which it was 2 days later which. The woman told me the refund would be issued when they received the return which I couldn’t believe as the whole episode has been due to the complete incompetence of the company and DX the carriers. At the time of writing this I had sent a email the day before expressing my complete disgust at the way I’ve been treated and demanding I get a complete refund.They have not contacted me today 03/04/2024 or issued a refund they currently have had £297 of my money since 25/02/202. I advise to stay clear of this company they are completely unreliable.
I bought a large item that was sent to me and looked completely different from how it looked on the website. I attempted to return it and was told the item on the website "had had time to weather". This was not noted in the description at the time when I bought it. I have no idea if it has been updated now.
Customer service is atrocious. Replying to emails takes much longer than advised and poor excuses are made for such bad service. I am now being expected to meet the cost of returning the item, the cost of which is charged by their courier and "beyond our control".
Here's a little advice. Don't sell products that look nothing like they do on the website in real life and then make mealy mouthed excuses for such false advertising and the cost of putting it right.
The item was also very poorly packaged and it's beyond belief that it even arrived in one piece.

Excellent products and company. Bought the metal raised beds on offer and they came quickly. Very sturdy and great raised beds. Definitely recommend this company
Ordered a bulky item, near Christmas, was expecting the usual delayed post but came super fast, really well package with brilliant communication throughout.

Good product, quick delivery (minus a few issues with DX’s tracking but that’s obviously not Harrod’s fault). Their customer service team was amazing, very helpful and super friendly. I would definitely recommend buying from them!

You have delivered a damaged item and I am still waiting for a refund and a collection on this 2 weeks after it was delivered. Very slow to response to emails and seem to not want to sort this out. So yes - 1 star and won't be using this company again purely based on this. Also , it took you a month to deliver the item in the first place. If you had sorted this straight away , I would have left you a 5 star review and purchased further items.
I ordered 12" Galvanised Steel Ground Pegs Pk 10 yesterday and they have arrived today. I'm really impressed as I was expecting 3to5 days.

Super plant supports which are not only functional, but also very practical in supporting a range of plants which enjoy growing towards the sun and would potentially squash plants growing in front.

Harrod’s is my go to company for gardening. Have bought arches, cages and plant supports over several years and they all still look as good as new. Solid reliable quality. Now saving up for replacement greenhouse

I ORDERED SOME 'POP-UP' TUNNELS TO PROTECT SEEDLINGS BUT WAS SENT A LIMP FABRIC WITH NO CAPACITY TO POP UP. I HAD SOME OLD WIRE HOOPS FROM AN OLD ROTTED TUNNEL AND USED THOSE. NOT IMPRESSED....

I ordered an off the shelf product from them on 6th of June. They did not bother to despatch it for almost two weeks - 19th of June
Fact that I live about a mile away from them, Still they had to sent it first to Norwich, so that it be delivered
3 weeks I have had to wait for this to be finally delivered, in two parts in two separate deliveries.
You need to get someone in your office who understand how not to waste money
The delivery service were not in error here, it was you who did not have it collected for two weeks
