Really friendly staff and Lesley who showed us four properties was exceptional in our experience of estate agents. For ourselves, a difficult situation due to health reasons, having to put our home on the market. From the outset Sam handled all aspects of the sale with great understanding. Purchasing a house with them. Moving from England. They were awful to deal with and unhelpful from the get go. The purchase was delayed massively because of their assumptions. I was in contact with the seller directly and shared screenshots of what was happening. Hastings didn’t have a leg to stand on and the main man who was on holiday ended up being in contact. Absolutely steer clear

Abby was fantastic! Selling a house can be very stressful, but her professional manner and quick responses to any queries, made the process as pain free as possible.
