At a very difficult time for the family, the carers, Iqra, Amaan and Maryam were exceptional in providing daily help and support in the care of my mother. They were able to converse with her in her mother tongue, able to help and support her in her daily hygiene needs, washing, changing outfits, help her in offering physical support in using bathroom facilities and support her so she could have some physical mobility. Iqra particularly was able to bring light and joy into her life and went over and beyond expectations. She was able to help her at a personal level and converse with her in a delightful manner. I appreciate the help of all the carers who came to offer their support and help at this time. They did an excellent job in challenging circumstances.

Hatszz Prestige Care has provided care and support to my son who has complex needs. The carers are amazing, we have had consistency with the team around him and they have fitted into our family life. They not only provide care, but they support him emotionally and actively engaged with him. It has been life changing.

After suffering a life-changing spinal injury and spending a year in hospital, Hatszz Prestige Care helped me rebuild my life. Thanks to them, I was able to live independently in my own apartment, and go back to work. Without them, I would not have been able to do this. I will forever be grateful.

Laraib is genuinely caring and warm, and my mother was fond of her. She gave gentle sponge baths and would have been willing to do a great deal more if my mother had been open to it. She was careful, clean, and thoroughly professional whenever she was in my mother's home.

I am so truly grateful for the care and support offered to my elderly aunt. Tasnim in particular has been such a blessing showing huge compassion, patience and professionalism in all she does, often in difficult and challenging circumstances, I cannot thank her enough. Since Hatszz started taking care of our father from end of December 2024 they have provided a friendly and compassionate service. We appreciated the introduction given to us about the service they provide by Ziggy how the team will be looking after our father.
Our father feels very comfortable with the care he is receiving from Hatszz Prestige. This has proved beneficial to how he feels within himself eventhough he is in such poor health his quality of life still remains good.
We appreciate how they keep us regularly informed about our father's
medication, eating habits and general day to day personal care.

Excellent care agency! We had Sonia with us caring for my brother twice a day over 2weeks. We were blessed to also have Sonia as his night carer during the last two nights of his life. Sonia’s support and care made it so much easier for my brother and the whole family. Sonia you are a wise, skilled and very special nurse. And to all other carers my mum is restricted to one room 24/7 and only able to sit on the bed and needs assistance with 2 carers to her comod via the Sarah steady equipment to move her to and through.
Thanks to Murude has been especially reliable and efficient in looking after my mum and taking good care and paying attention to my mum's needs and showing great compassion to make sure she is as comfortable as can be .
