Havwoods Avaliações

I’ve just completed the build of my new home office so wanted to give a shout out to the brilliant team at Havwoods.

During the specification, I spent a lot of time researching different products and brands, as the quality of the floor was massively important to me as one of the key features.

From the first call, they made picking the right floor easy, taking the time to answer all my questions and providing samples.

After making a significant investment in the flooring, I was nervous as to whether the product would live up to expectations.

On delivery, I didn’t have to worry, the quality was second to none. The installer hadn’t worked with Havwoods before but was massively impressed with the product and ease of installation.

The floor is now in and looks incredible - thank you Havwoods!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Havwoods Flooring! The quality of the flooring is outstanding, and the service team were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ordered samples online and they arrived quickly and with sweets!

We purchased engineered timber flooring and stair nosings from Havwoods Australia. Before we moved into the home the product has been a complete disappointment: stair nosings looked worn and split at the seams, floorboards in high-visibility areas are discoloured and faded in straight lines on the edge of boards, and horizontal lines/ripples run across the vertical boards. Resolving this has taken over a year of chasing on my part, with weeks and months between responses. When we raised these defects, Havwoods sent out their Head of Technical & Installation. Rather than taking responsibility, Havwoods explicitly dismissed the defects because the floor is "performing well structurally." They claimed the unsightly horizontal lines and straight-line fading are "minor aesthetic/presentation issues" and "normal wear and tear," even attempting to blame site weather conditions during installation. Havwoods' position is that as long as the floor hasn't suffered "catastrophic structural failure," severe visual flaws and poor finishing are acceptable and they refuse to provide any support or rectification. For a brand marketed as premium, treating glaring visual defects as "acceptable" and washing their hands of customer support is completely unacceptable. Avoid Havwoods if you expect quality finishing and customer care.

We spent £10k on wood from Havwoods. It scratched instantly and despite repeated attempts to get help from Customer Service about how to treat the scratches / mitigate the possibility of new ones appearing with some sort of protective coating it took 11 calls and emails to get a product recommendation. Why we weren't advised to treat the wood as soon as it was installed was also mind-boggling given it scratches so easily. I wouldn't recommend Havwoods to anyone.

We did a full renovation of our house and installed Havwoods flooring throughout the house. The initial installation looked good but we have had a lot of issues with the flooring most notable in the kitchen area. These floorboards do not handle any moisture and stain very easily. When we contacted the technician, he was the most unhelpful and arrogant person that I have ever dealt with. The floors have deteriorated very poorly and there is no point in us engaging with Havwoods again as their customer service is terrible.

We purchased an engineered wood floor and immediately after installation it started to delaminate if made damp with even a minor spillage.
We called out their tech guy who did a moisture test (inconclusive) and claimed it could only be caused by flood damage.
Their own approved installer who did the original install told us that the factory in Poland sometimes have a glueing issue with the ends of the blocks and we claimed the blocks were from a defective batch such was the delamination issue.
We only asked them to supply a modest quantity of new blocks and we offered to re install at our cost but the tech guy was awkward and determined to fob us off.
We are a commercial fit out company and used their approved installer who was good but they were so poor in their response and unreasonble with the defective product complaint that we would not recommend proceeding with Havwoods without caution, and no not rely on their "guarantee"or integrity. We were deeply unsatisfied with their response.

Customer service is amazing and the prices are great.

We chose Havwoods engineered wooden floors for our entire house as part of a major renovation. The quality of the flooring is exceptional. The result is stunning and far exceeded our expectations. The Havwoods team at the showroom in Carnforth were brilliant and helped us make the right decisions for our project. Aftercare service was also amazing as we needed to source some extra trim due to other works and this was arranged and delivered immediately. I can’t recommend Havwoods enough.

Really high quality products - the flooring, glue and all profiles have been produced to a really great level.

Service has been great throughout as well Todd Simpson has been quick and efficient to get me exactly what I need, would strongly recommend this company and Todd.

Great Customer Service and a Products to match !!
Havwoods is a FANTASTIC company I was looking at Acoustic Panels s o I coyld put my TV on the Chimney Breast in my home ...nothing is Standard Size in my home...but eventually I was recommended HAVWOOD by a friend..They had the length of panel I wanted 3000mm and also got in touch within 24 Hours a wonderful person called LOIS from Customer Service was really helpful getting my measurements and confirming how much wood I would need, Once I got back to my installer, ordering and delivery was a breeze, within 24 hours of ordering, and I changed the day, which they accommodated me easily ..Delivery was pretty much an all day thing as another company does this, however the company called, driver called on the day, and unloading was easy. The company is more known for its beautiful flooring, but do door Acoustic Panels which are in demand at present the product is Superb Quality and looks great, both my wife said oh my God WOW, once up as it transformed our living space. The panels can be put up with adhesive or on battons attached top the wall, instructions are easy to follow. Oh I was sent samples in less than 12 hours after my first enquiry..free and they looked exactly like the panels I eventually got three days later. Thank HAVWOODS I will not hesitate to use or recommend you based on my experience...Hoping I can put a picture up to show the product. Order number 194882

Amazing quality. I also had a little inconvenience with one box and they kindly replaced it without any additional charges, which shows great focus on customer satisfaction. Strongly recommend it.

The herringbone wood flooring looks great. I needed to get extra flooring and glue for the next day. Sarah at Havwoods sorted it all out very quickly. Very pleased with the service.

The chelsea shop had extremely helpful staff. They helped me choose from many Samples, even letting me take a big board home overnight. It was a huge help seeing it on a large scale.

The service and delivery was on schedule, which takes away alot of the stress when you are doing a building project.

I would definitely use Havwoods again on my next project.

Superb aftercare.
After few months of having their floor I still had some questions about it, their technical team responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. Very polite and helpful.

Excellent service. Kasia has spent a lot of time helping us to find the right product. Thank you.
