I ordered two wall lights

I ordered two wall lights, 1 will not charge back up, I have contacted customer services 3 times now and no one has even acknowledged my emails.
I would urge people to think twice before ordering from these people.

Ignores emails

Ignores emails for days, even when multiple sent! Send a message on instagram also ignored. Lights do not look like they do online, much more glittery finish which looks childish. The finish and weight of the lights certainly don’t justify the price. The lights also don’t work properly, the warm light is on the cool setting and vice versa. There is also at least one dim light in one which shows up on a wall. There is no return portal online so you have to email to start a return, they asked why, i told them and I have been ignored ever since. They will blame high volume of emails no doubt. I just want a refund!

I can provide screenshots of how many emails I sent and how long it took between replies. I appreciate you don’t reply on weekends, but it took until Wednesday until I had a reply. It took until yesterday for me to finally get a return label from you. That’s what is not good enough

We would, however, like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review. We replied to your initial email within 24 hours, and we appreciate that while you were hoping for a faster response, we do not ignore our customers.

Once you contacted us, we provided you with a free returns label so that your order could be returned for a full refund, and we have been happy to assist throughout the process.

Regarding the product itself, we appreciate that finishes and appearance can be subjective. The finish of our lights is accurately represented across our website and by the thousands of customer photos and reviews we have received. If your particular set has a genuine fault, we are of course happy to resolve that under our warranty or through a return.

We always aim to treat every customer fairly and professionally, and we believe we have done so in this case. We wish you all the best and will continue to assist with your return until it is fully resolved.

Long delivery and not as advertised

Waited weeks for delivery as items out of stock and were shipped directly from China.

First point ordered a set of two long wall lights that were 80cm. One is 80cm other is 81cm so as a pair looks odd.

Second point, on one set plugged in charger and straight away it pushes charging point inside. An easy fix to use hot glue gun to keep circuit board in place. However this uncovered another issue!!!!
According to their site Lavish Lights now ship out upgraded product with 7000 amh battery… NO THEY ARE NOT!!!! Opened up to find 4000amh in place…

Avoid this site like the plague, you can easily source the same lights off a Chinese shopping site at half the price with specifications..

We'd like to clarify one point regarding the battery specification. Our upgraded 7700mAh battery version is only fitted to our UK-held stock of the 80cm GlowLux lights. At the time of your order, some out-of-stock items were shipped directly from our supplier, and these units do not contain the upgraded battery specification found in our UK inventory.
We currently hold upgraded UK stock in:
• Black 50cm & 80cm
• Gold 50cm & 80cm
We're more than happy to provide evidence of the upgraded battery specification in our UK stock if you'd like to see it, as transparency is important to us.
We're also sorry to hear about the charging port issue and the size discrepancy between your lights. That certainly isn't the experience we want customers to have, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

I've ordered 2 GLOWLUX wall lights from this company and would highly recommend them. The lights look beautiful on my living room wall and friends/family when visiting have remarked on how lovely they look.
The lights were despatched in the time period they said they would arrive in and excellent communication by the business owner.

Great selection of products, poor after that

Great selection of products. Anything after that is awful. 4 emails later regarding my order and still no response. Still awaiting my order, which is now over its due date. They’ve not even sent it to the delivery company. I would not use them again. Even the business owner is not interested in responding to my emails!!

Incorrect Items and Poor Customer Service.

I ordered two of the 80cm glowlux lights almost 7 weeks ago now. I was aware that there was a 4 week wait for these lights which was no problem at all. Although, when I opened the parcel that was delivered to me, I found that they had sent me the 50cm lights instead. I contacted your support team and I had a very quick answer from them regarding this. In which, you said that the distribution team had sent me out the incorrect lights and were happy to send out the correct ones as soon as possible. That was no problem. A week after this email, I received a parcel from you including only ONE of the lights that I had paid for. Again, I contacted you and you were able to offer a very swift reply when you were willing to be helpful. You stated that the other one has been sent out and that I just had to wait. No problem.... Another week has gone by now and still nothing!!!! Ive contacted you three times. Each time waiting the 24 hours that you ask for when waiting for a response and I have not had a single reply from you and I still haven't received my parcel another week later. 7 weeks have gone by and I still don't have the correct items that I have paid a lot of money for. Doesn't look like I am the only person to have experienced this.

I purchased 3 lights received only 2

I purchased 3 lights, and the company was helpful until the issue with the order happened. I have placed 1 order; however, I had 2 shipments, and the items were messed up.
Evri said the second shipment is lost, and the company is not offering any solution to resolve this.
Update - the company emails to say they can replace the missing item, however no confirmation of replacement is sent to me.

Absolutely stunning lights

Absolutely stunning lights! Perfect addition to our living room. The lights really have made a huge difference to the wall. It looked bare and empty now it looks warm and homely. I love how they are remote control too.
They are battery operated so no need for wires. You can literally stick them on with the magnetic pads, or drill holes.
They have a few different setting do when I want to change from warm white, I can change to cool white. They also have a timer too.
Super fast delivery too.
Highly recommended.

I opened my parcel looking forward to…

I opened my parcel looking forward to the promised quick install of the wall lights only to find that the package did not contain the adhesive discs as expected. Went onto you website, and advised to contact Ben in customer service by email. This I did twice, but no response. I now find out that Ben no longer works for the company….might be a good idea to update your website contact details! I eventually got contact from Aidan via a sarcastic comment on a Facebook post, telling me to contact Aidan via email. This I have done….still awaiting confirmation of email. As I work in the area of Business Improvements…..I have a lot of advice I could give you starting with the customer SHOULD be your number one priority. Living in hope that I will eventually get the adhesive discs.

I’m replying to you now directly as I’ve recently been covering customer service myself. Our previous agent (Ben) is no longer with us, and during that transition there were delays and gaps in responses, which clearly impacted you, that’s on us.

The good news is we now have a new customer service agent in place, so things are being brought back up to the standard they should be.

Regarding your order, the adhesive discs should absolutely have been included or sent out promptly, I’m sorry they weren’t. If you haven’t already received them, I’ll personally make sure these are dispatched to you as a priority.

We recently ran out of UK warehouse stock due to high demand, so your order has been shipped directly from our supplier instead, which has caused delays on some orders, I apologise for the lack of updates.

Update again-still awaiting a refund all they do is say get in contact to make it lool good and then ignore you..

So so frustrating as one light doesn't work at all this has been going on since January when they were still under 90 day manufacturing terms..

Be careful as spent £120 for one light to work

This doesn’t sound right at all, as the magnets we use are designed to securely hold the lights in place without slipping, so it’s possible there may be an issue with the installation or that a component is missing.

I’d really like to get this resolved for you quickly please can you reply with your order. number That way we can identify exactly what’s going on and either guide you properly or send out a replacement straight away.

Regarding your email, we always aim to respond promptly, so I’ll personally look into this and make sure you’re taken care of.

Disappointed

Disappointed…Battery wall lights really lovely & arrived so quickly but I was supposed to receive a free lamp & didn’t receive it so very disappointed hence 1 star. Emailed Lavish lights but no joy would have loved to give 5 stars but because of that I can’t. Over promised under. delivered … Response from “Ben” you have to spend over a certain amount to receive a free lamp, when actually your advert says free lamp with every order. When reading reviews Ben seems to need a bit more training in his customer service roll as he gives conflicting information every time. Avoid this company as they are not professional at all… You asked me to reply with my order number you can’t actually reply on here so I’ve edited with my order number but I really don’t hold out much hope of getting the lamp. “Ben”said you have to spend £120 or more advert just says a set of lights & you say it comes automatically from else where . Don’t think I believe any of this but here is my order number anyway 4049

I made an order in December of 4 lights…

I made an order in December of 4 lights of which all were damaged. The 2 lights with the greater damaged were sent a replacement and upon arrival also arrived with damage. I contacted ben who said he would offer 10% off only to keep the items (an insult as im left with 3 damaged lights out of 4). My request for a better offer was turned over to the “owner” who seemingly seems to not care as iv never got a reply. Total waste of my time. Products are of cheap quality and not worth the money and it’s clearly reflected in the damage of each item. Currently going through my bank to process a complaint with the bank customer service telling me this is an easy case in my favour due to the very poor service and product quality of this company. Save your money and get the same lights from elsewhere for cheaper. The quality will be the same and the returns police much easier.

From our records, when you first contacted us regarding the damage, we arranged replacements for the most affected lights and also offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill while we worked through the issue with the courier. Unfortunately, damage during transit can occasionally happen despite our packaging.
