1st Class Customer Service
As always my experience has been 1st class, from my first contact by phone from Tommy Hodges who explained everything about my recall, dropped my car off handed my keys to Laura and when I returned to collect my car, Tommy gave me an update of what was performed and assured me that all is ok.
I find all Haynes Maidstone staff are a credit to Ford.

I’ve had two fantastic experiences dealing with Haynes Ford in Maidstone.
I dealt with Tommy on one visit and Tori on another and they were both brilliant, very informative, attentive and gave wonderful customer service.

Very helpful and friendly service today.. was able to drop my car in for an emergency tyre repair at very short notice. Very pleased they made this happen and didnt try to sell me anything else 😉 cant thank them enough for helping me .
