Emma, the manager gave us time to find and decide on the most brilliant holiday.

Amazing help, we booked our first ever family holiday/honeymoon. Was so helpfull and listened to all our demands.

Never ever have a bad experience. I always deal with Cerie. She's the best, very helpful, very Knowledgeable and extremely funny, it's always a pleasure going in to see her for advice on a future holiday or to book.

Pleasant atmosphere, staff looked business like, our member of staff was very knowledgeable and provided an excellent service.

We booked our honeymoon recently, staff were so friendly, took time to show us places, read reviews of places we liked & asked about our wedding too. Charlotte booked our honeymoon for us she was lovely, so friendly and also recommended places to visit while we are away in Mexico. Thank you x

Atmosphere very pleasant, friendly advice, documents explained, all paper work like tickets transfers,hitel all explained.

Chloe was brilliant very professional, knowledgeable & really patient. We enjoyed the whole experience well done.

Because time was limited, I had phoned ahead giving details of what my Sister-in-law and I needed from our Cruise. I thought that would help both your assistant and ourselves. Sadly, nothing was on the system, so everything started from scratch. So this caused us to sit having coffee while assistant scrolled.
I have used Hays travel before, and found them very attentive. I was disappointed this time

It was the morning of the first of April that we ventured out to book a special holiday to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. I must admit as a couple of pensioners we were not too bothered that it was April fools day butwe did manage a nervous laugh about it.
We were the first customers of the day and we were greeted with a cheery good morning and a pleasant smile.
That put us at ease and Charlotte quickly took up the mantle of sorting us out.She quickly established what we were looking for and set about finding something that would suit, She looked as if she really enjoyed the challenge of matching our requirements .
She was efficient and effective as well as appearing very happy with her job looking as if it was giving her great pleasure satifying her customers needs,
It was a great pleasure for us being looked after by this very professional and pleasant young lady obviously a great asset to Hays Travel. As Charlotte was busying herself on her computer screen I was very impressed by the staff
who all looked the part in their uniforms
the store too was very clean and tidy making for an all round pleasant experience for my wife and myself , I cannot praise Charlotte enough for her
empathy with two old folks and the whole transaction was carried out with
a smooth professionalism.If our special holiday is as good as Hays we are in for a great holiday,of course with such a happy customer have no doubt we will be back and will be passing our experience on to friends and family, we would really appreciate if you could let Charlotte know how much we appreciated her care and attention.

We were warmly greeted, asked if they could help, asked us to take a seat then offered us a drink, we were regularly checked on and when someone became available we were helped to book our cruise
