Booked my holiday with Amy and Olivia at the rock Bury. I have to say they were both absolutely fantastic. Their patience, knowledge and helpfulness was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them both. Very professional and I will definitely book with them again. They are both a credit to Hays travel.

First time cruise booking
Having never booked a cruise before I wanted some expert advice, which is exactly what I got. Jenni was so helpful and knowledgeable, explaining all our options clearly and made the whole booking process so straightforward.
