Walked into Hays travel Queen Street Cardiff
Nia called us over to her desk didn’t ask our names as she remembered us
Nia asked what we were looking for and a few taps on her computer and she found us the perfect holiday, she took about 15 minutes to talk us through the hotel and area (what more could you ask for)
Nia is very professional,understanding and very experienced for such a young lady
Thank you to all the staff for finding our holidays NEVER selling us a holiday we don’t want, giving us time to think about things so we don’t feel rushed
Memories are holidays and you have given plenty of them

Help when we didn’t know where to start
Peter was extremely helpful when we went into Hayes Cardiff, we didn’t know how to build our holiday but he guided us through made suggestions, and looked for different pricing for us. I contacted him several times in the following days and he answered out of hours, assistance helped us put our holiday together and it’s now booked.

Spoke to Helen at Cardiff branch Monday afternoon explaining my requirements for accommodation in Las Vegas, I had numerous options emailed to me within 10 minutes and all booked up by Tuesday morning.
Excellent service & took away all the hassle of booking through a website with personal service.
Highly recommend.

Best Travel Agency in Town
This is the fourth time I have used Hays Travel, Cardiff. Staff are very thorough with attention to detail when booking, and advice and assistance up to the date of travel. I normally book with Stephanie who is very knowledgeable, but all staff in the Branch are kind and helpful. Great service from Hays Travel.

Always happy with Hays
Usually use our Barry branch who we have found very helpful ,in Cardiff city centre spotted Peter behind desk in Queen st branch ,went in to wish him Happy New year ,as we have booked with him before when he worked at the Barry branch , came out with a holiday booked for special anniversary in 2027 ,always found Peter & & Hays staff very helpful & knowledgeable.Used Hays for last 4 years never had any issues with them .
