Excellent Service Alison was very helpful and efficient. She gave us a £100 off our holiday by using a rain check voucher and she even phoned the hotel to check on a fridge to store insulin.

I approached a girl called Margaret in the Consett branch with several options, and she was ringing round trying to get me the best deal but was number nine in the queue. She told me that she would take this up in my absence, if I left, she would call me back. To me, she went over and beyond what was expected and found me my perfect holiday after a few phone calls. We’ve booked several holidays through Hays Travel, and Joanne has been fantastic every time.
She takes the time to understand exactly what we’re looking for as a family, never makes us feel rushed, and always finds a range of great options within our budget. Her attention to detail, friendly approach, and genuine desire to find the right holiday really stand out.
The service doesn’t stop once the holiday is booked either – Joanne’s aftercare and support have been excellent, always happy to answer questions and help where needed.
Hays Travel has been great throughout, but Joanne is the reason we keep coming back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will definitely be booking through her again in the future.
