I Phoned to book a holiday the lady I spoke to took all my details and said she would look and ring me back she phoned within 15 mins with exactly what I want 100% service but always is would not go any where else

Very friendly staff and nothing was to much trouble and there was a lovely atmosphere in the shop

As soon as walk in there is always a smile and a hello, they are a great group of ladies nothing is too much trouble it doesn't matter if the question is stupid or silly they NEVER make you feel silly or stupid. We have been booking holidays at crewe branch for over ten years now we will not go anywhere else.

The staff in the Crewe office are always so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Alison the agent at Crewe, had five ladies all us in a group with lots of questions and needing advice.Alison answered them explicitly , putting us all at ease and excited for our holiday . Xxxx
