Very helpful had time to make sure you've got holiday you will look for went through various hotels and room that I required.the staff explain about the hotel and surrounding areas. Shorted the car parking at the airport

Efficient friendly service
Efficient friendly service. Staff like Chelsey in the Crook Branch take their time to get to know customers and make booking a holiday feel like you’re talking to a friend. A quick easy process in a welcoming place. I always use Hays travel for holidays.

Lorraine was amazing
Lorraine was amazing! I hadn’t originally booked with Hays but I wish I had. I had booked independently and the return flight had been cancelled leaving me with no hotel for a night or loosing a days holiday, I spoke to Lorraine about it and told her the dates we were going and what we had already booked, she was incredibly sincere an got us a new booking as close to the price I had originally paid with the independent company that I was able to get a refund from. I am so happy that my family still get to take our trip that nearly ended in disaster.

Red Sea cruise and stay
Lorraine was very efficient in dealing with numerous requests which allowed us to make an informed decision on which holiday to choose. During the appointment to book the holiday of choice, Lorraine kept us informed of the process and was able to clarify with the booking agent the difference between room types, visa etc.

Our hays travel rep ( Callum) was very professional, served us with a smile, covered everything we asked about like ,( hotel facilities what's open & what's not given the Date were going) also checked all other dates for us for best price .😎 Happy with the service we received.
