Isaac managed to find a cheaper holiday. He was knowledgeable and efficient in the way he dealt with our holiday. I was treated courteously throughout the phone call. Everything was explained clearly. We now have a holiday to look forward to .

Karen spiers was extremely helpful given how vague we were on our holiday requirements. Being unable to access the system which was down she took all our details and narrowed down what we ideally wanted. As promised she emailed me later in the day with 3 options one of which was perfect for us. We booked the following day and are really looking forward to it. Thank you Karen
