Friendly helpful staff who listened to what we wanted and came up with excellent suggestions which was better than our original destination

We went to the agents with a specific holiday in mind and went ahead with the booking for the holiday we were looking for with the help of the agent who actually found us a better deal than the one we originally had seen. Excellent friendly and helpful agent. We would definitely recommend we always use this agent and give them 10/10 every time.

We used Hays last year to help us find a holiday that would suit our requirements in Portugal and they were so good we came back and this time we’re looking in Greece. Having had Hays wonderful persons look after me before. I automatically went to them again. They are great bunch, always smiling and can’t do enough for you.

Great response and fantastic advice from the Hays Macclesfield team once again.

Unfortunately the assistant took the full balance of the holiday coat instead of the deposit only. As this was taken on a Saturday this could not be rectified until the Monday. It wasnt a problem and the holiday could have been paid in full. It was just the principle of the matter
