As usual Anna has delivered we wanted a midweek break in Vienna in December for the Christmas market she sorted flights ,hotel and even contacted hotel to make sure we have a walk in shower thanks Anna

I have used Hay's Travel in Mansfield for many years and always had good service and friendly faces, I will be going back again next year

We always use Hayes so our details are on the system so it makes it fairly straightforward. This time we knew what we wanted to book. Anna was efficient and very knowledgeable. We were given the opportunity to explore other options. Nothing was too much trouble for her! Holiday booked within an hour! Very happy!
