Great service
Our agent Sophie was excellent dealing with the requests I presented her with. She looked at all our options and came up with a great choice of hotels and flights. As our party was for ten people and flying from separate airports , it was quite a task for her to navigate but we were more than happy with her choices and settled on the one that appealed the most.

Hi, Seen the holiday online, Thought it was a great holiday at a good price with no deposit, I phoned the next day to enquire, The holiday was still available so I booked it straight away the lady I booked it with was very pleasant and went through everything with me very well , Very happy and now looking forward to our holiday 👍

SO helpful
Liam was SO helpful. The holiday to Budapest is with TUI, but as TUI had sub-contracted the flights to Ryanair, which made booking airline seats/luggage very complicated because it had to be done separately with Ryanair, not TUI. Also, we wanted to book airport-hotel transfers. Liam did all this on our behalf, eliminating any stress for us. He also pointed out that Ryanair include the suitcase wheels in their luggage measurements, which we didn't already know, and we could have easily been caught out without this knowledge. So, full marks to Liam - he was an absolute star.
