Great service as always
The Hays branch in Newcastle are always polite and greet you with a smile. Liam helped me book this holiday to Greece, he was very efficient and even and gave me advice on the location of the hotel as i don't like to be too far out.
I always use Hays travel and would recommend to my family and friends.

Copenhagen Trip
Laura was fantastic she listened patiently, helped and guided us through the whole process because we weren't really sure where we wanted to go. She booked us a walking trip on the first day of our holiday and advised us about airport transfers and apps, travel insurance and the Hays Travel Mastercard all of which we thought were excellent. Other members of the team chipped in with helpful advice and support during the process which all helped to make it a pleasant booking experience. We can't wait for our holiday and we will definitely be booking with Hays in the future. Thank you so much for all your help.
