Great service in Hays again. We wanted a getaway in October, specific airport and flights at “sensible times” with no drive home late at night.
We were offered various alternatives, spent a long time deciding but at no time were we rushed to decide.

Second year running we have booked with Hays Travel and I have no complaints whatsoever, staff are always very friendly, polite and accommodating because we booked before with them it was easy for Lucy to work out what we liked and help pick our holiday again.
The booking process was simple and logging on to the app was easy and instant once booked.

It was a very pleasant place to book our holiday.The young lady was brilliant,all we had to do is choose our holiday and they did the rest even had airport parking all sorted for us. Will definitely be booking future holidays from Hays at transit way .
