Friendly professional staff made you feel very welcome. Eve went above and beyond to make sure we had the right cruise cabins for the family and sorting out with RC a cruise deposit and credit which took some time with RC. Would highly recommend

I thought the girls in the store were very helpful and informative as I had to try and get a replacement holiday within 48 hrs which they did manage to sort out for me so all in all very pleased

Service well beyond the normal…
What we wanted was beyond the normal package. Our adviser went the extra mile, on more than one occasion. She followed up quickly on issues and kept us constantly informed if there were inevitable delays. Outstanding service, as on the previous occasions we have used Hays; we will be back! Thank you.
