Tasha was very welcoming and helpful, listened to our wants and needs, and used her specialist knowledge to identify opportunities for us to consider. Her advice on the benefits of considered options helped us to fix on our preferences, and her prompt follow up helped us to finalise our bookings.

Linda who looked after me in the shop in Romsey who I booked my main summer holiday with for my son & I. had exceptional customer service, very friendly, patient, empathetic; spent a lot of time going through options and then changed the choice of holiday to support my dynamic which I greatly appreciated; Linda would be an asset to any team & I will definitely be going back to the same travel agent with the hope of seeing her each time for my main Summer and probably other personal holidays in between ; thank you, Linda

I prefer speaking to a person to book a holiday rather than just booking on line. I have always found the staff at Hays travel in Romsey to be extremely helpful and courteous at all times. I saw Charlotte this time and she was very good.

We aren’t very good at organising a holiday ourselves, so we needed extra help. We got it in Sasha who found us all the info we needed and arranged our holiday and took the stress out of it for us. She was friendly and professional and explained everything that was needed when and where.

My wife and I have been retired for the last ten years.
During which we’ve been on a fair number of holidays wher we have booked online.
It’s tedious and not very personable.
The team in Romsey are brilliant. Little Eva the trainee was great and watched over by her manager. The personal touch will be our go to in future.
