It was our first time booking a holiday at Hays and it was a good experience. We sat with Claire for nearly 2 hours and she was very patient and helpful. Our first choice wasnt available but Claire scrolled through various countries and resorts and found our perfect holiday. Thankyou!

Claire listened to all of our plans and requests for our trip and handled all our questions promptly, we were kept updated the whole time either by Claire or a colleague and communication was excellent. We had our dream trip booked at a great price in just 3 days of us visiting our local branch!
