We've always received excellent service from this branch. When booking this new holiday I saw Grace who was covering Southbourne from Winston who was brilliant. I would also confirm both Jade & Chris are also great. We always book through them and purchase our currency. Keep up the good customer service.

Easy peasy! No hassle! No worries!
As always, a warm, friendly welcome from familiar agents and a new agent to us....Laura....with whom we met recently to look for a holiday that was previously booked but had to be cancelled due to the Covid Pandemic. We returned to book the afore-mentioned holiday with Laura.... an all-inclusive holiday for our family of six in Majorca next August 2026. Laura listened carefully to all our needs and she was so helpful sorting everything out for us. Laura outlined various options for us....flight times, seating arrangements on the plane, follow up emails etc.
We always use Hays travel in Southbourne because it is always an excellent experience and enjoyable too!

Jade found a good holiday package for me in Benidorm. She listened to what I was looking for and found me a good package with Jet2 Holidays. Crystal at the Southbourne branch then booked my holiday for me in an efficient manner.
