Booked a cruise with Hays
Booked a cruise with Hays. Was very pleased.
I was contacted at specific times agreed by the staff. There was no pressing, hard selling, time pressure tactics used.
The travel agent was courteous and professional. They had experienced a cruise and were able to answer practical questions about a cruise holiday.
Administration side of booking was handled with minimal effort from me over the phone.
Price was comparable to any online quote. Overall very happy and will consult Hays prior to booking my next trip, to see what they can offer.

Michelle couldn’t do enough to help book our cruise for a large party. We had a few different questions and queries but nothing was too much, kept me updated every step of the way and advised will be in touch to book flights when available. Highly recommend to anyone looking to book.
