Totally and utterly amazing service
Totally and utterly amazing service! Fabulous team of agents within our Stamford store. Very knowledgeable and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Booked a weeks cruise to the Fjords with help and advice from Tracey and Paula.

Friendly professional service
Friendly professional service. Recently booked a cruise and was guided through the process and given relevant advice to enable us to make the decisions required. There was one small hitch which was addressed and solved by our advisor. Comforting to know we have a personal contact at hand rather than deal with a big multi national company.

Even when there was an issue with our seats she has handled it all for us and taken the stress away - keeping in touch regularly with updated too.

Why have we not used Hays before
Why have we not used Hays before? We knew where we wanted to go and the whole process was so easy and much better than trying to do it yourself at home. Paula was kind, patient and helpful and it was a great experience and we will return to book other adventures.

Tracy was so helpful and patient. We had been searching on line for a winter sun holiday for quite some time but couldn’t make a decision.
